Where is Bobcat Vintage based and What is our focus?

We are a student run company based out of Austin, Texas and we focus on high end student vintage wear that will consist of graphic tees and vintage accessories.
What currency do you accept?

We are happy to accept payment in Pounds Sterling (£), Euro (€), US Dollars ($) and Australian Dollars ($).
What payment methods do you accept?

Bobcat Vintage webpage currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal and Apple Pay
How do I check the status of my order?

We will email you as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order. Cant find the email? You can also send us an email at Bobcatvintageclothing@gmail.com to check the status of your order.
How do I cancel or change my order?

As soon as you place your order, we begin processing it. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel orders. Please contact us at Bobcatvintageclothing@gmail.com if you wish to cancel or change authorization once your order has been received.
How long will it take to get my order?

- For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 7-10 business days. Please note, we ask that you allow up to 14 days for your package to be delivered before contacting us to open a lost box claim. - All orders placed before 10 AM PST, will ship out the same day, any order placed after will ship the following business day. Once your order has been placed, you'll first receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipment notification email with tracking once shipped.
How can I return my order?

- You may return your order for a refund or replacement to Bobcat Vintage within 30 days of the purchase date by contacting us at Bobcatvintageclothing@gmail.com. You are responsible for inspecting the garments before performing any alterations or embellishments. Depending on the reason for your return, you may be responsible for shipping and handling charges. - We highly recommend saving the receipt or tracking details verifying the return of your goods.
How Long will it take to get my refund?

Our warehouse typically takes between 5-7 business days to process a return after being received. Once the return has been processed by our warehouse a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. In total this entire process can take up to 14 business days. Be sure to save your proof of postage until your return is completed.
